Although a bit tricky to find, the venue looks nicer from the inside than expected. The end result of the Hollywood wax was good, value was not bad but the overall procedure did not take longer than 3-4 minutes which gives a clear indication of the level of comfort that was created at the venue (none). For someone who has been doing a wax for many years that was okay, but I can imagine this abrupt treatment would have been very uncomfortable for someone who never did a Hollywood wax. Also it was hands down the most painful treatment I have ever received, and although making it obvious that I was in pain (again, I’m very experienced in getting waxed) there was no option of taking a break or asking if the wax was too hot.

Went for a gel mani and vanish pedi. Overall experience good. not many colours to choose from though and the salon is a bit dated. otherwise staff nice and a good service
