Booked a Hollywood and underarm hard wax for my curly hair. Despite requesting hard wax, it was applied too thinly, pulled in small painful pieces, and my instructions were ignored. Pain in my underarms was so intense I suggested switching to strip wax to prevent further damage and have a burning sensation. Water was very friendly and aloe vera gel used afterward (sticky though), but this experience caused unnecessary pain and was far below standard. I STRONGLY DO NOT recommend for curly hair.
