By all means the worst wax that I have received. The lady made me lay down on a chair without any towels on it (who knows what dirty bums were on it!). She had no idea on how to wax down there, she ripped more skin off than hair, I have never seen so much blood during a wax, I still have hair down there and my downstairs is bruised, scabbed and peeling now. She used the same temporary spatula for the whole treatment, the wax was too hot (my fault though - I didn't tell her) and she used her bare hands without washing.
My haircut is just as bad, I asked for layers and now I have uneven choppy slabs of hair that she calls layers, all cut in straight lines with no blending in. I will have to pay to get my hair fixed.
They are not qualified and I do not think they should be allowed on Treatwell. The lady that I had was nice, but nice doesn't help my traumatic waxing experience and bad haircut.
Please do not go here, I've had better waxes for £10!!

Came here to get my eyebrows threaded. The lady did an amazing job, and it is very reasonably priced as well! Will definitely be making this my regular place!
