Let me introduce myself, My name is Louise and I am Tranquil soul. I am a certified meditation and breath-work coach as well as sound healer, ETF, Chakra clearing and bio-field practitioner. I can take you on an immersive journey combining my methods and take you to a place of deep relaxation and healing. I work with your energy and the energy that's all around us. I work intuitively and decide what methods to use, this can range from; tuning forks, Tibetan bowls, crystal chakra bowls, rain stick, and gongs. There are many to choose from and each one adds that something YOU need. This is a unique experience and for the individual.

Stardust is the place for everyone. My aim is to help people with any kind of physical pain , stress relief and improving mental health. I strongly believe that wright massage can help to heal/improve your body and mind. As a young person I was suffer from constant migraines, digestive problems and I also develop a lower back pain which wouldn’t go away and I end up using painkillers on a daily basis. After a lot of study , reading and investigation to find a cos and solution to my problems I discover that massage and reflexology can be very therapeutic. I am now pain , migraine and digestive problems free. The write massage or reflexology can massively improve our overall well-being. Massage stimulates our whole body . Human touch , in a context that is safe, friendly and professional can be incredibly therapeutic and relaxing.

I’m Marta Czyz-Cameron, a yoga teacher and massage therapist. I created Yoga Untangled – Yoga and Massage Therapies in 2017. When I began my yoga practice in 2007, I was at first interested in the physical aspect of yoga, but soon became aware of its therapeutic properties, where mind and body find harmony through mindfulness in movement. With time I noticed a shift in not only my physical practice but also my day-to-day life off the mat. I was inspired to share this with others and trained as a yoga teacher, and then a Thai Yoga Massage and Ayurvedic Massage Therapist. I completed Yoga Teacher Training in 2017. Later that year I went on to train as a Thai Yoga Massage Therapist. I have further continued my professional development and I am now qualified to teach yin yoga, yoga and mindfulness to kids, teenagers and young adults, and have also followed through with my long-time interest in Ayurveda and now have a diploma qualification in Ayurveda Massage. I’m currently working towards completing Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. My practice, my teaching, and my work as a therapist have now become an immense part of my life.
