I came for extractions, a treatment that's normally painful and leaves red marks. This was different! Virtually no pain or even discomfort, a relaxing atmosphere, and pampering vibes - there were lovely touches like a hand massage while the steamer was doing its work.
Jo is gentle and kind - there were certainly no rude comments about my skin, which I've experienced elsewhere.
Best of all, I left looking completely normal - you honestly couldn't tell I'd just had extractions.
