This was overall pretty awful. The girls at the salon are nice people but extremely inexperienced. I had to do part of the blow dry myself. My hair wasn’t shampooed properly and the lady doing the blow dry was worse than a trainee. This was a total waste of £20 particularly given that at the normal salon I go to I pay £25 for a PERFECT wash and blow dry from a director. Really not good at all, I came home and washed and did it again as the products they used were wrong for a dry scalp despite me telling them.
