i turned up for my appointment and they was unaware that i had a booking i was treated as a walk in customer when i told them i had paid though treatwell they started saying i have not paid enough and they wanted more money

RUINED MY EYEBROWS!!!!! I went in for a wax and tint and one of my brows turned out fine, just tidied up but my other eyebrow was left with THREE little bald patches!!!!!! Mistakes not even id make and I have never learnt how to do eyebrows!!!!! STEER CLEAR! So upset

even though i had an appointment they were running late with walk in customers, there was even an argument between people waiting - bit stressful, but nails were done pretty well in the end. Need a better booking system and stop taking in walk in customers if you’re already full.
