- Poorly ventilated room in the back of a tanning salon which was incredibly loud. The door was left ajar and tanning salon clients kept on disturbing
- No patch test
- Poking and scratching of the waterlines from the brush upon application
- Extreme irritation from lashes - resulted in minor swelling, tearing & a visit to moorfield eye hospital
While the lady tried to help, I found the entire experience incredibly uncomfortable and asked to stop numerous times. I am sure this is a one off but I would not go back

Crammed, unorganized booth in a tanning salon. The lady doing my lashes was lovely, but constantly sniffled (miraculously I didn't get sick after the visit) and breathed in my face during the treatment with bad breath. Even if I wish I could give a better review as the lady was very nice it was factually unbelievably overpriced for low quality material and incredibly bad execution. Having had lash extensions done for more than seven years, and even having tried doing it myself, I would be surprised if the lady has a certificate to show for herself that she knows what she is doing. Only when I tried doing lash extensions on me myself have they looked as unprofessional. Just days after application a lot of clusters have fallen out, others are globbed together with stiff glue that uncomfortably irritates my lids since I got the lashes on. Don't go here, it's a total ripoff and not even the application experience is nice.

The work was good. But the lady was disorganised and operating in a small space. She also left the door open and let other customers into the room while I was getting my treatment which was strange.

Priya was lovely, very welcoming and friendly. I expected the treatment (bikini wax) to be painful but it wasn't. I'd definitely recommend and I'll definitely be back.
