Lady eating chicken in shop when I entered. Taken to a room upstairs that on closer inspection was dirty. She put gloves on to undertake treatment but I didn't see her wash her hands. I had booked in for a Hollywood but didn't get that treatment, although I was glad to stop and leave. Told her wax was too hot and her response was 'that the wax wasn't switched on'. She ended up burning my skin in several places which took a week to heal. Reverted back to eating chicken as I left. Avoid!
