Haircut was fine but the hairdresser did a totally different blow-dry style to the one I asked for.

They couldn't meet my appointment time confirmed with treatwell, so I had to agree a new date and time. Everyone nice and welcoming. Haircut was ok for the price but the finish was really basic and boring.

The haircut was spot on and Chanelle listened really well and understood exactly what I was after. The tea and nibbles were yummy and the general atmosphere was very friendly.
