Great day, good value for money.
Lovely spa and treatments - only downside was that the pool was a little small. Best to visit on a weekday when quieter to get the most from the facilities.
I have chosen this Spa for the beautiful pictures of the facilities of the website. Also, I had always been curious to visit this magnificent palace inside.
Unfortunately the facilities are very poor. There is only one pool which functions both as a Jacuzzi and a swimmingpool. The Jacuzzi area is very small and the jet of water is very weak. There is no sauna and only a small unimpressive steam room with no aromatherapy. There is one rest room and they only provide tea and crisps.
The worst thing we had to deal with is staff. The water in the pool was very cold and I had goose bumps all aver my body. When I asked the temperarure to be increased, I was told this was not a possibility as the Jacuzzi is contemporarily also the swimmingpool and therefore the temperature cannot be too warm in case someone wants to swim. I pointed out we were the only guests in the pool and that I was really struggling to remain in the pool and was not enjoying. However I was told they could not do anything, therefore I had to leave the pool.
Another strange issue happened later in the rest room. My friend and I had 2 very small bowls of different crisps each. When one member of staff came to check she made a comment about the fact that we had so much food only for us. Which we found hilarious.
Good thing of the day I took a long warm shower at the end of this freezing experience.

Spa-day pass for two was very enjoyable. Great ambience and felt very refreshed afterward! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back.
