Paul’s deep tissue massage was very effective - when I woke up I could not even move my neck and the day after the massage I managed to do even pull-ups with rings.

Incredible deep tissue massage. Paul was extremely professional & really knew what he was doing. Also, I arrived 10 mins late, so wasn't expecting the full two hours, but Paul gave me the extra time anyway without my asking. Above & beyond - 10/10!
