I would highly recommend Stelios for a Myofacial release massage, I’ve had a lot pain in my neck, traps and lower and upper back pain causing tension migraines as a result. Today was my second massage and both times I left feeling so much lighter. I’ve been to see many massage therapists over the years and no one has helped improve the pain/tension in the way that he did after just sitting one session! He’s very professional and his studio has a lovely atmosphere too.
