I was initially unimpressed when I called the salon and was told they had no record of my booking. I asked for someone else who found it - but it seems no instant online bookings are actually valid until you confirm with the salon. The stylist was very pleasant, the highlights are decent and it was certainly good value - however not sure what happened to the 'Osmo Treatment & Massage' (the Osmo may have may a squirt of stuff she popped in my hair before drying?) - bit more communication would help. Magazines were a few weeks old and the radio competing with a video or something playing on a laptop by a man near reception (the owner perhaps?) meant it wasn't the most relaxing environment. Can't knock it for the money but wouldn't rush back.

would recommend this salon to anyone who wants fantastic service, excellent advice and a fabulous new look. From consultation to after care advice the whole experience was first class. The staff really go the extra mile and take the time to discuss every detail with you. Thanks to Kirsty for my wonderful new cut & highlights I will definitely be a regular visitor now.
Fab fab . Really nice stylist. I was done within an hour, but looked fab! Great cut, really knew what suited me.
Had a blow dry with a lovely bouncy wave a the bottom, didn't even need to use straighteners to get the straight bits dead straight!
Definitely recommend 100%!!!
