Booked the appt for 12.45, arrived to the salon at 12.40. There was one man working and 4 customers. I sat down and waited as he seated two people for pedicures and one woman for taking off acrylics. I waited for 20 minutes and not once did he come to me and let me know I’d be seen to shortly. Extremely bad service, understaffed. Why do you say you can take someone at 12.45 and then leave them waiting for half an hour??? In the end I got up and left. Would never recommend this place

Took very long as tips were put on incorrectly so had to start again. Only one person working who was very busy while other two staff sat on their phones. Not a great look. Nails ok overall.

No point in booking an appointment as walk ins are dealt with as a priority - had a 45 minute wait from my appointment time. Not the place to go if you are in a rush!
