The treatment was very good, quick and professional, however I had to wait quite a bit - which to be fair was probably because I booked the first Monday slot on Sunday evening. Would recommend though.

The LVL was great but the mani and pedi were distinctly average.
I didn't enjoy the general vibe of the salon, staff speaking/whispering among themselves in Russian or Italian made me feel a little uncomfortable. I agree with a previous reviewer, that upon arrival, it's quite unfriendly and seems a little disorganised. I had also had my appointment rearranged via text a couple of days before.

The LVL was good, my patch test didn't arrive until the day after my treatment but I was happy to proceed as I've had LVL before. My eyes stung and they were rinsed with water and then I wiped the remainder of the dye off - which solved the problem but I thought that LVL was supposed to be kept dry for 24 hours.
My toenail cuticles bled - I was advised that my capilliaries are too close to the surface. It's never happened before so I'm inclined to disagree.
My gel nails felt a little thick, but this may just be a personal preference thing.
I'm sure that many customers are happy here, but, it's not for me.
