I was appalled with this salon. I had booked an appointment weeks ago for eyelash extensions, had a confirmation text and email the day before but when I turned up ten minutes before my appointment at 2pm the door was locked . I did wait for 25 minutes outside and tried to call the salon with no answer. When I got back in my car at about 25 past 2 a lady turned up and opened the salon. I went in and explained I had an appointment which she had no idea about. She made a me a coffee and told me to sit on the sofa . I waited at least 10 minutes whilst the lady talked on her phone in her own language .she came back with her mobile and her daughter was on the phone and the lady said she did not speak good English and handed me the phone, the lady on the phone said the person who was supposed to do my eyelashes ( Annie ) had cancelled all of her appointments and wouldn’t be coming today. I was incredibly disappointed and had been looking forward to this appointment and had been using this as a trial for my wedding. The whole experience was frustrating and strange with no real explanation. I feel it was so unprofessional and will absolutely not be using this local salon ever again.
