I was treated by Mo to help with tightness and pain in my upper back and shoulder. After locating the exact area, mo started the session with ultra sound and then moved on to manual massage and various stretches. I felt looser and in less pain by the end of the session. Mo also showed my a series of stretches that i can do in my own time to assist with recovery. I have seen all therapists at S&T over thw past few years and would highly recommend each of them.
