The staff were extremely knowledgable and talked me through everything as it was my first acupuncture treatment. And I can already feel the difference - she took out a lot of tension in my back.

I very much enjoyed the massage, my massage therapist was knowledgable and gave me good advice. Definitely recommend if looking for a sports/remedial treatment
