It was my first time at acupuncture and therefore was a bit nervous and skeptical however had limited options available to me. The therapist was particularly good at making me feel at ease and being very gentle with me. I have also since felt the benefits of acupuncture and would definitely go back again.

I had a deep tissue massage with Theresa at Bodilosophy. She was amazing - very professional & skilled. The venue was immaculate - clean, quiet, excellent furniture, towels - a great experience all round. If I lived in London I would attend Bodilosophy regularly!
