It was great to finally be allowed back into Spoilt beauty salon, lovely relaxing atmosphere, everywhere was spotless I felt very comfortable knowing that Charlotte and Gina were adhering to the government guidelines.

Please think twice about booking here for waxing!!
I booked a wax here for the first time due to the high rating and really wish I had read through the reviews before doing so. Whilst there are a lot of five star reviews for brows, nails etc there are also a lot of 1/2 star ratings for waxing which I wish I had noticed.
The wax was a tube heated in a microwave with no temperature control and was really uncomfortable, pulling on hairs even on initial application. After a couple of strips I had to ask the therapist to stop and be sure to pull the skin taught before pulling strips off going forwards as she wasn’t doing this at all and the pain was awful.
I have been having waxes for over ten years and I have never had a wax that painful.
Two days later I am still red and swollen and have bruises, but also patches of hair that have been missed.
I pay to have bikini waxes done to avoid the pain and trauma of doing it myself (I tried once and I was bruised for a week) however this pain, bruising and result is far worse than anything I would have been able to do myself.
I’m sure they are great at lashes, nails etc as the reviews for those are great but if you value a painless bikini area do not go here for a wax!
(My therapist didn’t introduce herself so I have no idea who she was I’m afraid)
