Treatments were okay but no after care advise was given. The Hollywood wax also only covered part of the area which I found odd as usually this removes everything.

Getting a bikini wax can always be a bit of a daunting experience, but Charlotte made me feel so at ease. And it was all done in less than 15 minutes. I also got my lashes tinted which again, was a quick and easy process.
