1st visit - fantastic ! I was nervous today about going to a new therapist but Janvi put me at ease amd was respectful & welcoming. waxing was quick & fairly pain-free. Splendor def has a new regulars and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone thinking of trying somewhere new.

Lovely salon, really well run. Janvi is very professional and made me feel very comfortable, taking the time to explain what she was doing at each stage of wax. My first time having the chocolate wax which was relatively painless. Highly recommended.
