Janvi and Splendor both were excellent with waxing and customer service. I be been to this place a lot but I have never ever been disappointed. She is always friendly and professional with everything she does! She always goes that extra mile. Plus the loyalty app is amazing. Love it. Can book from there too now.

Janvi was lovely and knew how to deal with skin that was used to shaving for a lomg time. The joy wax didn’t hurt at all., she is the best waxer i have. Come across. Brilliant work every time.
