I was really nervous as it was my first Hollywood wax, but Janvi made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything, was incredibly gentle, and the results are amazing! I’ll definitely come back to Splendor.

Therapist was welcoming. But this lash lift was inferior to one I had at another salon. My lashes are thick, maybe ok if you have thin hair. The room is cold, the therapist leaves to tend to other customrs. I messaged after the treatment to tell her my lashes arent lifted. I was told I need to come for repeat lash lifts "for my lashes to get used to it". Poor/incorrect advice and I'd rather have honest explanation that I may not be suitable for this treatment. Won't return.
