Janvi was so great & this was my first ever professionally done Hot wax experience, so will definitely be booking her for the foreseeable! She was welcoming, calm & efficient. She was also very distracting with creating conversation during the wax and using breathing techniques which is exactly what I needed, so thank you Janvi! :)
