Janvi is such a gem. I've had treatments with therapists all over Hertfordshire and she stands head and shoulders above the rest. She remembers your preferences, explains everything she's doing, and her results speak for themselves. Absolutely exceptional — highly recommend Splendor Beauty.

I travelled all the way from London after a friend recommended Janvi at Splendor Beauty — and honestly it was worth every minute on the train. She's professional, kind, and genuinely brilliant at what she does. I won't be going anywhere else. Five stars isn't enough!

Janvi is honestly one of a kind. I've been to so many salons around Watford and none of them come close to her level of care and expertise. She's incredibly thorough, gentle, and just makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. Booked again already!
