Janvi fitted me in at short notice so I am so very grateful for that! Even though I'd had this treatment before, it had been a long time ago - Janvi was thorough in explaining everything to me, setting expectations etc which I was very grateful for. Really pleased with the result. I'll definitely come back to Nina soon!
