The wax was good, but knocking 2 stars off cos the bed is in a plastic sheet which is cold, makes it hard to turn around on and she only used 2 sheets on towel paper under my legs. The ambience can be better as there is no music. She also stayed in the room whilst I (un)dressed and after the wax she stayed to clean the plastic bed which was uncomfortable - also she didn’t allow me any time to review the wax before she put a (tiny) amount of oil on my legs
