Janvi (sorry if I’ve spelt it wrong!) was amazing. I explained to her that I’d been having a Hollywood wax for many years but I had a bad experience a few months ago and it had put me off. The previous person caused me a lot of pain and bruising and I was really nervous about having it done again. Janvi was so kind and reassuring and made me feel really relaxed. Her waxing technique was amazing, so quick and thorough. I will definitely be back and I’m so very grateful!!
