Came from Edgware for my first Hollywood wax, very nervous but Janvi was absolutely amazing. She talked me through every step, went at my pace and made the whole thing so much easier than I imagined. The Lycon Chocolate wax is genuinely something else — smooth, effective and barely any sting. So glad I chose Splendor Beauty for my first time!
