Janvi was an absolute pleasure to work with. Went in for Brazilian and she was just amazing, so talented with what she does. Made me feel very comfortable, she worked very quick and literally painless, just made the whole experience worth the money and trip to watford. My only place to go from now on for my waxing.

lovely and friendly! I felt welcomed and relaxed- they were kind enough to fit me in half an hour early as well. My therapist got to work and a big part of bikini waxing is to make people feel comfortable, which happend.
