Great finish is the main positive. The salon plays really loud music and isn’t very relaxing. For the cost of a take off and manicure £39 which is premium London price, I expected a lot more. Luxury manicure didn’t even include soaking of the cuticles and they were cut and filed with the dreaded nail machine which has now left my cuticles painful to even touch and damages your nails. I must say I haven’t seen one of those machines used in a good salon ever. Quick cream at the end was the only sign of a manicure. Great finished product but lacks on process to justify the premium price.

The beautician who did my nails was super friendly, nice and well experienced it was funnily enough her first day too! But the owners of the place although were polite, were a bit awkward and I spent the evening with them just telling repeatedly telling me how tired I look.
