Very friendly staff, but need to work on the atmosphere, play some music or something.. also, found the wax ok but did have a lot of stray hairs, so my underarms grew back way faster than expected. Also odd I had to hold my own bits with the Hollywood, never experienced that before in my 12 years of waxing. Would go back, but would not be my first choice.
