I had the 1 hour "gold facial" it was my first time to Splendor and it was fantastic. I received a warm welcome from the owner I believe? And my therapist, Janvi. The gold facial included cleansing, steam, blackhead removal, mask and neck/shoulder/face massage. I came in pretty stressed and I left relaxed and calm and my skin looks so much brighter. Janvi was amazing, really gentle with my face and skin, yet also firm enough to release tension during the neck/shoulder massage, she also made sure that I was warm enough and offered me tea, coffee and water. I can't recommend Janvi and Splendor enough! I will definitely be going back!
