Not what i wanted at all. I showed my stylist a picture of how my hair used to be, said i just wanted a trim and i’ve got the opposite. Been coming here for years but this is the worst haircut by far.

Veronica was very nice but the experience was a bit chaotic and rushed as I think they've doubled booked appointments. She did try to rush me a bit to leave early and then when testing my nails for dryness smudged them, thus adding more time.
