Had to pay £10 extra when the cut has finished as I have hair extensions but there wasn’t an option to select this on the booking and I wasn’t told before. I also selected the option with the free leave in conditioning treatment and I didn’t get this

I feel like she was new, the way she did it was a bit hesitant which is worse when you go through a wax. Then she stopped thinking she was done and asked me to check and it wasn’t good at all, had to show that it clearly still needed some more

My hairdresser was wonderful! She gave me the best blow dry of my life and I used to have them every Monday when I lived in Hollywood. I'm absolutely thrilled. I got through New Years eve without a hair out of place in Soho madness.
