The worst beauty treatment I’ve ever had. Billed as a ‘luxury facial’ but it’s nothing of the sort. I’ve submitted a complaint but still haven’t heard anything back. Awful room, in the basement with a strip light so bright I was squinting the whole time. Thumping music from the hairdressers above, couldn’t relax at all. therapist rubbed exfoliant in and around my eyes and I walked out with wet hair, product on my top, in my hair and still on my face.
