Booking with Splash is hit or miss. You can book with a really great wax technician, and then never see them again. Even if you choose a particular person, it always changes last minute which is a bit anxiety inducing for something as intimate as a Hollywood wax. The actual salons are chaotic and incredibly hot, which is an unfortunate knock on of its location. I've had 5 waxes here, 4 excellent, 1 so horrific I asked her to stop. If I knew who I was booking with, it would be so much better.
Walmes was so good. I was in a bit of a rush and he genuinely went above and beyond, and had me looking great in record time. Definitely will go beck to him again!
I would’ve given 5 stars but I did have to wait a while to get my hair cut. The price is really good. Emma was really friendly and fast. I don’t know the name of the lady who washed my hair but she was also good. Great place to go after work when in a rush.
One of the most painful waxes I’ve had. Left a lot of bruising in the inside of my leg. Didn’t seem to try to be gentle or make it as painless as possible. Guess the only plus was that it was cheap so you get what you pay for
