The whole experience was not good at all, when they were washing my hair the water was extremely hot (not good for your hair!!) also lots of tugging and pulling. Then they used heat without a heat protectant and brushed my wet hair aggressively. Went there to cut off dead ends but feel like my hair just experienced more damage?
I also waited around for 15 minutes for someone to dry my hair
Would not go again and would not recommend

Waxing: prob by far the most unhygienic, painful experience I had. The wax was extremely hot and the beautician make little effort to adjust. Leaving wax on my skin and made it extremely sticky. Blow dry - serviced by highly efficient / friendly stylist. Yet the ambience / cleanses set the overall quality back.
