From other branches of Splash Salons I have visited, I was more disappointed with the Soho branch. I arrived on time for my appointment, but I wasn’t seen to until 15-20 minutes later. My stylist JJ was mediocre with her experience. I felt she rushed my colouring application - very much slap dashed and not evenly applied. My hairline and back of head is blotchy and I had colour on my forehead. The cleanliness could be improved. Hair cuttings were just swept and piled up instead of placing in bin
