I wish there was a bit more communication/questions asked about what I was looking for or what is my hair care routine. For instance, I wasn't even asked if I wanted my hair straightened or curled for the blow dry. Saying that, my hair look really nice and the lady did a professional and efficient job for both the cut and the blow dry. I am pleased with the end-result and would definitely come back. Excellent value for money.
