Haircut and conditioning treatment worked really well. I am happy with my cut and the conditioning left my hair feeling very soft. Emma took care of my hair to reduce frizz and add shine afterwards, which was really nice

My hair was cut way shorter than I asked, and when I explained the staff stood around and did nothing, manager was too cowardly to talk to me when I was crying upstairs at the till
