Second time visiting Emma after 9 months ago where she was the first person to ever cut my hair. Of course after the first great job I had to visit her again. Amazingly she remembered me and even the hairstyle I opted for/how I like it from last time!!! Again she did a wonderful job, maybe even better than the first. She first discussed exactly what I wanted and implemented it amazingly. I now again have beautiful fresh styled bouncy hair all thanks to Emma. Thank you so much!

The booking system should be revisited ie not allowing clients to book the same stylist every 5mn considering that a haircut takes at least 30mn
A communication on the 60% price increase should have been communicated to regular clients
