Had to pay £10 extra when the cut has finished as I have hair extensions but there wasn’t an option to select this on the booking and I wasn’t told before. I also selected the option with the free leave in conditioning treatment and I didn’t get this

I feel like she was new, the way she did it was a bit hesitant which is worse when you go through a wax. Then she stopped thinking she was done and asked me to check and it wasn’t good at all, had to show that it clearly still needed some more
