Had booked an appointment for 29 of March with S.Yuri for 13:00. When I arrived at the place my desired haistylist was not working. I try to ask for a refund several times the last month by calling or via walking up to the shop myself. Still have not received any refund or confirmation that this matter is being attended to. Terrible customer service. Would not visit this place again.
