I scheduled for ear, shoulder/back, full leg waxing. Initially, a woman hurriedly attended to half of my arms, shoulder, & back before finishing her shift at 3pm. Another lady took over but seemed unaware of the services I had booked & rushed

The person who helped me was very busy and I think that's why he didn't pay enough attention to what I asked for. In the end I paid an extra charge because he offered me an additional service and didn't tell me about the extra cost.

The pedicure was done well but she was quite rough with hands while removing cuticles. The music was awful snd too loud. I also found it unclean and lacked hygiene (hair was everywhere, staff not putting their hand over their mouth when coughing.
