I booked in for an express mani and pedi and the treatment received was a glorified file and polish. When I asked the receptionist said this is what an express treatment and gaslit me that it was on the description (I checked and it was the same as deluxe full services but quicker time). There was no foot bath, hard skin nor cuticle removal. The only redemption from this was that the therapists were kind and nice. Just note if you book in for express mani&pedi its a file and polish!
