the roots a couple of washes showed again. I think this is because we did not leave the color ling enough.most times they leave it for 50. we left it like 35

The microdermabrasion treatment itself was great and the therapist was lovely, professional and made me feel very comfortable. Unfortunately, the venue let the experience down a little. I found the space somewhat uncomfortable, and the receptionist came across as quite rude and unwelcoming.
