My appointment was moved to an earlier time but was seen 10 mins late. Not sure on the new waxing tool, doesn’t feel very hygienic. But legs all waxed and fine.

Really disappointed, ended up with proper ginger roots despite specifically requesting to keep natural roots. To be honest, the stylist was apologetic and did try to fix it, but didn't manage to correct her mistake on that evening.
The whole place is extremely busy, my stylist was working on several clients at the same time. Never again for me, the opposite of a relaxing experience, and I feel upset everyday looking at my hair since...I suspect fixing it will also be very expensive.
